Art on Paper, a perennial favorite fair of designers & artists alike does not disappoint this year.
As our society becomes increasingly visual and our expectations surrounding art continue to evolve, art fairs seem to have lost some of their former allure. In an era where instant access to everything is the norm, discovering something truly precious seems to grow more challenging each year, as reflected by the sentiments of attendees at this year’s Armory Show.
There is, however, one art fair that remains a steadfast favorite among designers and artists: Art on Paper. Now in its 10th year and hosted at Manhattan’s Pier 36 along the East River, this event continues to captivate audiences with its focus on humble materials, innovative approaches, and a vibrant array of colors and textures.
