Art Trends: Interchange

The Met’s current exhibition of the late Karl Lagerfeld’s creative legacy inspires this month’s art trend highlight, exploring the interchange between art, architecture, and design.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is currently showcasing an exhibition into the creative legacy of fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, who designed for CHANEL for over 30 years. What struck us most about this retrospective exhibition is the vibrant and perpetual exchange between art, architecture, and design visible in Lagerfeld’s distinctive stylistic language. The ongoing dialogue among these fundamental elements nurtures each principle and strengthens this cyclical exchange.

We invite you to appreciate these artistic connections as we pay tribute to a fashion icon who so eloquently embodied the principles of art and design. Scroll on to indulge in this curated collection of complimentary work from our Studio Artists and curated art inspiration.
